Menu
The Zirmerhof is more than just a gourmet hotel in South Tyrol. As members of the Vitalpina Hotel association, we set great store by healthy as well as tasty food. Our kitchen team is on a daily mission to turn fresh, locally-sourced produce into dishes that are as wholesome as they are delectable. No artificial additives or ready-made products in our kitchen!
You can choose to enjoy your meal either in the dining hall or in the panoramic winter garden. Weather permitting, from May till September you can also dine al fresco on our terrace.
In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet will give you the boost you need with a selection of genuine, high-quality local products. Fresh fruit and juices are available according to the season.
Our breakfast selection includes …
… Fresh bread from local bakeries
… Home-made bread
… Home-made marmalade and jams made from our own fruit
… Freshly baked pastry
… Free-range eggs
… Herbal teas made from South Tyrolean herbs
… Excellent freshly-brewed coffee, cappuccino and latte from the local Schreyögg coffee roastery
… and more.
At the Zirmerhof, the best comes at dinner – with a scrumptious 5-course menu comprising a salad buffet and a choice of creative dishes that bring together Alpine culinary traditions and Mediterranean flavours – the best from the two recipe books for a light, balanced meal that also pampers your taste buds. A vegetarian menu is naturally also available.
Every year, we expertly select the best South Tyrolean wines to offer our guests for tasting and purchase. At dinner, we can help you pick the perfect accompaniment for every course of your choice, and if you would like to see the grapes that give us our excellent wines, all you have to do is take a stroll among our vineyards.
We also organise a weekly wine tasting in our cellar as an introduction to the world of South Tyrolean quality wines – very popular among our guests, so make sure you book early to secure a place!
