Our cancellation conditions

Should you ned to start your holiday later or cancel it altogether due to illness or other reasons, we need to charge the total price.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the booking price
• Cancellation 1 week before arrival: 90% of the booking price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking price
• 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking price

We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance to cover cancellation fees; the insurance needs to be purchased at the time of booking.

We charge € 7.50 for meals not consumed.
