Our family-run residence is located on the same grounds as the Zirmerhof Hotel and is open all year round. You can choose from different accommodation options, as the residence offers both modern suites and traditionally-designed apartments. In the summer season, you can also book catering choosing either the breakfast-only or half-board option. During the hotel’s opening months (from beginning of April to early November), you are also welcome to take advantage of all its inclusive services and amenities, including the spa area.

Important information about your summer holiday at the Zirmerhof Residence
Our residence is open all year.
Rates are per apartment and night based on a 2person occupancy. Prices for each additional guest are € 17.00 per night and € 20.00 - 25,00 per night in the Family and Family Plus apartments.
Please provide the exact number of occupants on booking.
Rates do not include the tourist tax, amounting to € 2,80 per person over 14 years of age.
All apartments have a contemporary design and feature large, furnished balconies or terraces. They consist of a bedroom, a living room and a kitchenette equipped with fridge and cutlery. Kitchen and bed linen are also provided.
Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. More frequent changes can be arranged for a fee.
The final cleaning service costs between € 40.00 and € 50.00, in the Family Plus apartment € 60.00.
Cleaningservice is available at an extra fee of € 10.00 - 20,00 per person and day in apartment.

On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from 2:00 p.m. Please check out by10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Regrettably, pets are not allowed at the residence.

If you are staying at the residence during the summer season, you are also welcome to book the hotel’s catering services.

Dinner: € 35.00 per person and day

In addition, other hotel complimentary services like the indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, sun terrace, garden, playground, washing machine and car park are at your disposal free of charge, as you are also welcome to participate in our three weekly guided hikes. All these services are not available during the winter season as the hotel is closed from mid-November to late March.
